Tropical Beach Resorts - Sarasota

Restaurants within walking distance. The room was very quiet. Staff and maid were friendly and helpful.

It is not a resort, but rather it is a motel. The mattress made a crunching sound when a person moved on it. Never had a noisy mattress before. Room was advertised as having a garden view and clerk said it had a beautiful view of the pool. This is not true. The view was the driveway and a wall. The pool was elevated and behind the wall. We could not see it.

Convenient location to most of Siesta Key, clean rooms, comfortable bedding. Staff was very nice.

There didn’t seem to be much to do at the resort other than use the beach or pool. Unclear what was available to us in terms of recreation. Despite having private beach access we were told that we were only permitted to use the public section at the end of the beach. A

The staff is great. They are very helpful and kind. The rooms are clean and really cute. Steps away from the sand and everything is within walking distance. Shops, grocery stores, 7-11, coffee places, restaurants, a couple of bars with live music are all right across the street. I have been coming here for years and will continue for years to come.

It's hard to sleep in because you can hear every noise outside your room. (When other guests are talking outside their rooms, the housekeeper's cleaning cart, when someone walks by, etc...)

Location was nice pool was very nice

I didn’t like that it’s advertised with a private beach but when you get out to the beach, they have cones on one side where you actually have to rent the chairs to sit at the beach and then on the other side it’s a different private beach that you can’t sit over there so really if you brought your own chairs or your blanket, you only have a very narrow section to sit sit at I don’t like that at all
