Empire Inn & Suites Absecon/Atlantic City

We were on one week trip and it was the last night for our trip. I never experienced worse service before. None of the categories were meeting an expectations. I will not recommend.

The staff were very helpful and nice. The only thing I didn’t like was that housekeeping never cleaned our room. We also had to keep asking for towels. Since no one cleaned the room we had to get rid of our garbage and dirty towels by putting them outside the room door.

Property / room was nice for overnight stay.

The hotel wasn’t clean at all. Bathroom had a smell, the toilet was not cleaned, the sheets and covers were definitely not clean, they didn’t had the smell of clean sheets. In general, it was kinda unclean.

We were in town for a basketball tournament. It was a great location. It was very accessible to Atlantic City.

It wasn't very clean. Ironically they power washed the pavement in front of our door and our room got wet.

Perfect for a quick stay, beds were super clean overall 4 out of 5 just wish the bathrooms were a little more updated

The hotel could use a renovation. There were some shady people staying there as well. The room itself felt rundown. I honestly didn’t feel ok walking on the carpet barefoot. The tub was pretty stained as well. The room smelled a bit strange. The lady at the counter was nice though.
