We stay at many different Hilton hotels throughout NY and PA. This hotel does not live up to the Hilton standard. We opted to stay here over a nearby Hampton Inn thinking this would be an upscale experience since it was almost double the price over the Hampton where we stayed many times before and had great experiences. This hotel is clean and the front desk staff were great as well. That was the good. Here is the not so good, the room had no cable TV, I suspect it has been out for awhile judging by how old the notice on the front desk appeared to be. The main issue was the breakfast, quick simply was the worst I have had at any Hilton hotel, period. Eggs were dry, tasteless and lukewarm (I was one of the first people there when it opened). There was only a few pieces of dried out bacon that looked left over from previous days and reheated. There was pulled pork that looked very dry, didn’t dare touch that. Breakfast opened up late then the breakfast attendant promptly made a plate for themselves and disappeared. No waffles, the oatmeal was stone cold and uncooked, no tea selection, hardly any bread selection, butter was a communal dish with a shared knife (unhygienic). It was obvious the hotel breakfast attendant takes no pride in their job. I will not stay here again.

In desperate need of a facelift. Our room was borderline disgusting, with very noticeable stains on the carpet and furniture. It felt dingy and old. Breakfast was not good.
It was very clean ! I wish I bc could’ve stayed longer! Staff was really nice and soft spoken ! But this place so we clean you can smell the fresh scent in the air, from the walk into the hotel front desk and it smelled even more cleaner in my hotel room ! I would recommend this hotel to everyone !!
The property is well maintained. Staff is nice and helpful. Hot tub was amazing! Always warm and inviting. Quiet in the rooms. Not a lot of noise from the others staying there.
