We expected a better experience than this. We had booked a hotel in Portugal but due to Covid restrictions we had to cancel. This was meant to be a special treat for me, as I was celebrating my birthday with my family. I booked a family room as described in Hotels.com website. When we arrived we were told that the room didn’t exist??? We were given 2 interconnecting rooms, which was not what I booked. We would have been better off booking an apartment .The rooms were very tired. The curtains had a cigarette burn despite it being a non smoking room. The curtains were not attached at the ends and the bed made a lot of squeaky noises every time you turned over. The toilets had no toilet brushes which was very odd? The bath plug was broken and was very difficult to remove. My wife who had booked this hotel mentioned that we were celebrating my birthday as asked in the booking form if there was any special requests. But nothing was mentioned!!’ The hotel we had to cancel on the other-hand were very enthusiastic that they would make it special for us. The whole experience was lackluster. The breakfast was not very good on the hot food side as you would expect the food to be hot.
Our stay was excellent. Location great, breakfast is perfect, rooms spacious, clean and comfortable. Great value. Will definitely go there again.
The hotel was lovely. The welcome at check in was warm and friendly; even the dogs got a welcome gift! Very helpful and accommodating. The room was well appointed and very clean Situated in a very nice, convenient and safe location. I was very happy with my stay
Standard ok, nice beds but hard and high pillows. Impossible to turn down the hotwater to take a cool shower. And the roomservice dinner came not entirely cold, but close...

We booked this hotel because it was on the “pet friendly” list and after the stay would definitely recommend it to all types of users. The evening meal was well cooked and breakfast was a sumptuous feast covering all European and British tastes. The rooms were very clean and well presented. Could not fault this hotel, definitely 10 out of 10.
Great mattress and pillows, and im VERY picky about that. took my own in teh suitcase all teh way from Marbella but didnt use it. WIne selection at bar poor, all else good. nice bathroom good wifi parking easy.
