Location, affordable, clean, easy access to the city and beach, very friendly and helpful staff. Just some noise from the traffic and train, but in general I was expecting it. It met my expectations.

Road noise close to the property. Walking people in the second floor late at night would wake me up due to the noise. Crossing the road with upcoming traffic from both sides to access the south bound of the road.
