A dificuldade demonstrada e alguma incapacidade da gerência do hotel em encontrar soluções fora do standard para satisfazer solicitações dos hóspedes. Estava hospedado no hotel com um casal amigo para o seu casamento. Nestas situações, existem sempre pedidos fora do standard.
