とにかくスタッフの対応の遅さ、悪さが際立ってます 到着の際もスタッフが誰もおらず自分達で荷物運ぶのを 手が空いてる中のスタッフも見て見ぬふり笑 16時前なのにチェックインしてもまだ清掃終わってないとの事で待たされ、カードキーはきちんと設定されておらずドアが開かなかったり、その際の対応も最悪でしたね。

zugegeben: Ein schönes Hotel in der ‚golden week‘ zu finden ist nicht einfach. In dem 15 stöckigen Familienhotel musste man sich erst einfinden; tolle, große, perfekt ausgestattete Zimmer, neben den Bademänteln gab’s auch Schlafanzüge. Glücklicherweise hatten wir ‚lounge-Zugang‘ mitgebucht - für Drinks und Snacks sehr gut !! Der 5 min entfernte Strand gehörte nicht zum Hotel - Gutscheine für Plastikliegen + Schirm gabs. Keine Schwimm- nur Bademöglichkeit.

Auch wenn die ‚lounge-Gäste‘ einen separaten Check in Bereich hatten, wäre es extrem hilfreich gewesen, einen besser englisch sprechenden Mitarbeiter abzustellen; so konnten wir die Hölfte des Angebot nicht verstehen bzw. nutzen. Z. B. gibt es 2 Frühstücksrestaurants - ein japanisches, das aber nur 100 Gäste pro Frühstück zulasst, mit einem für uns nicht verständlichen Buchungsprozess - 15 min nach Öffnung war jeder Tag ausgebucht… Das große Hauptrestaurant glich eher einem riesigen fuseligen Wartesaal mit mittelmäßiger Auswahl. Als Paar Reisende sollten anders buchen.

The room was spacious and clean. The bathroom was especially spacious with a shower, sink, and bath. We appreciated that we could connect to Netflix during our stay as it was raining on a couple of the days we were there. The breakfast was delicious and there were many options to choose from. We loved being able to swim even on rainy days as the pools were heated. The location was also nice as the surrounding area was quite beautiful.

We didn't realize how much of a family-focused hotel this was. Common spaces, including the lobby and dining areas, were often quite busy. While the food served at breakfast was delicious; the space was noisy and crowded with a lot of crying and upset children. Also during our stay a family was placed in the room next to us and made quite a bit of noise. While we were able to speak to staff to notify the room next door about the noise level and they did quiet down a bit, it wasn't quite the experience we were hoping for. We also didn't like that so many things were additional charges, including use of the spa and that breakfast was only included for one of us due to a booking issue. Overall, the stay was nice but it was just a few things that didn't make it great.
