Mostly disappointed with TripAdvisor app. I’ve not booked often but it’s my go-to for authentic real (not bot) reviews. We picked Transamerica Paulista based on reviews in Trip Advisor!! Unfortunately, arriving at our hotel to check-in; front desk said rooms are booked for 1 person each. My hotel search was for 2 rooms, 2 persons in each room. I registered 2nd person in my sons room as his wife would be there before we arrived São Paulo. So now at check-in they’re saying the charges will be even higher then we already have ~ that much in Brazil? We would’ve opted for an Airbnb for 1/2 the price. Everyone who travels abroad knows they charge differently then in the states. US occupancy generally based on double, 2 persons. Look into it TripAdvisor!

Banheiro muito ruim: chuveiro com pressão muito fraca e regulagem ruim da temperatura; tampa da privada de plástico muito simples; luz branca; pouco cuidado em conforto

Hotel propre. Personnel tres agréable. Grande chambre.bien isolée. Literie très bien Emplacement idéal.

Domage qu'il n'y ait pas une bouteille d'eau dans la chambre.

Localização. Funcionarios/recepção excelentes.

Café da manhã é muito FRACO. Fico neste hotel ha mais de 10 anos. De uns 2 anos pra cá o café da manha so piora a cada vez que me hospedo. Da próxima vez vou reservar sem café, pois, tem uma padaria ótima na esquina a 200m.
