O camareira do 13 andar não foi muito boa! Cheguei a minha fronha tinha uma mancha de sangue, no dia seguinte arrumou o quarto, deixei a fronha com a mancha para cima e ela não trocou, tive que ir ao corredor, mostrar e pedir para trocar. Não arrumou o quarto na sexta-feira.

Quarto espaçoso e confortável, boa localização, Toalhas e roupa de cama de qualidade.

Pia do lado de fora do banheiro. Ventilador do banheiro muito barulhento que não pode ser desligado, se acender a luz liga automaticamente. Ausência de apoios no banheiro para pendurar coisas.

O que eu não gostei foi do atendimento BOOKING e não vejo mais vantagem em usar a plataforma. O BOOKING pressionou o hotel para pagar antecipadamente, meu quarto não estava de acordo com a reserva , enfim vou postar no RECLAME AQUI..
