Hotel Mirage

One of the best 3 star hotels we ever stayed in. The room, hotel surroundings and the swimming pool area were spotlessly clean. Bed sheets and towels changed regularly. All staff were very helpful and friendly. Lovely breakfast served daily. The bar in the hotel was opened 24/7. Free hi speed wi-fi. The hotel is small and no dinners served but they have a lovely picnic area and there are couple of shops and a fruit market just across the road. It is also possible to order pizza delivered straight to the hotel. €5 for a large pizza - you can't go wrong with that. Few dinning places within walking distance and very reasonably priced too. Vico Sarchiapone restaurant is a must to visit place, food is delicious and staff is very pleasant. There is also pizza place right next door - Mamma Rosa. Sandy beach is about 10 minutes walk away, but it is private and you have to pay for sun beds and an umbrella. It cost us €22 a day per 2 sun beds and an umbrella - not too bad, taking to account that we travelled peak season in August. It was well worth it. Unfortunately there is no public transport nearby, so if you are planning to travel it is a good idea to rent a car. But that's something you can't blame the hotel for. Staff were extremely helpful and we were given a lift to the water park and the nearest train station on a couple of occasions. We also got a transfer to Naples train station on the day of departure at a very reasonable price. Special mention to the owner (appology for not taking the name) and family Francesco and Pina, who couldn't do enough to make our holiday special. Morning cappuccinos were absolutely delicious! Very old stile and very un polite. The hotel I basic and clean we can find really better places In the nearby Beach is far away in the street many pronstitutes in the night. Breakfast is very basic the only smile in some days from the little dougther that halp the family.

I Would like to say thank you for the warm Welcome and plesant stay! All workers Are very friendly and helpful. We were Lucky to use the new Pool. The Rooms Are clean with AC and roomsafe. Only ten Minutes walk to the Beach which is Nice one. Tumbs up
