"Perfectly nice but bit disappointed in beat up feel of bathroom"

The breakfast food and space was nice.

The bathroom felt like it needed some attention and love. For example, At the bottom of the sink cabinet, the wood was broken thru, like 1,000 guests had kicked it before me.
