Motel 6-Oceanside, CA, Marina

Bedsheets and the blankets didn’t look and smelt fresh. There was a little roach in the bathroom. Not too happy with the cleanliness of the room. They sent a person to change the sheets but they still didn’t look too fresh after the change.

We booked a last minute stay at Pacific Inn while we were down in Oceanside. Upon checking in the staff member, Nick, was decent. Once we got to our room, 114, we noticed right away how dirty the floor was. There was smeared candle wax all over the curtains, multiple cigarette burns (counted at least 16 holes) all of the bedding, the bathroom was gross, and the walls didn’t look like they were cleaned. My wife and I attempted to use towels to clean the floor but it was just too dirty. We have a 3 and 5 year told that wouldn’t stay in the bed and their feet were black from the filth! We decided after about 20-30 minutes we just couldn’t stay and left in the middle of the night to stay somewhere else. We have spent over 6 hours going back and forth with Hotels.com and Sam, the owner/manager, on trying to get a refund. This properly scams people out of their money. Save yourself time and frustration and book somewhere else! It’s not worth it!

Restroom was dirty had hair in toilet, toilet lookd like it just doesn't get cleaned properly look like blood stain in bath tub and hair in bath tub I bought my own supplies to clean the bath tube. TV didn't work Only thing we loved was the AC and greatful to have somewhere to sleep. Definitely won't come back

There was no staff in the office for me to check in or out. I had to knock on an outside window to get someone from the back. This lady then proceeded to yell at me for knocking on the window. She then gave me my key. Then the man yelled at me to for knocking on the window. The was no coffee maker. No blow dryer.

On first arrival, you may think this place is shut down or abandoned. The rooms are decent compared to the exterior which looks like it has not been painted in 25 years- paint on eves cracking all over. There is odor of urine outside and homeles lady was using it for her restroom multiple times.

The facility has just been purchased and is under some renovation. It's perfectly located and and potentially will be real nice facility.

First room no housekeeping trash everywhere second thats okay

Very old building, sink is clogged, no one at front desk when checking in! I've been waiting for 20mins before someone show up..

There was no smoke detector on the ceiling when we walked in, just the wires. Later, we found it sitting on a shelving unit and not functioning. We asked the front desk for an extra towel as there were 3 in the room and we were a party of 4 and were told we’d receive another, we didn’t get it. The fridge was plugged in and we turned the temperature cooler, which didn’t work. No ice machine ton site. The outdoor hot tub temperature listed 104° and it was not heated.
