Charging for parking is a cheap shot. It's not secure parking, its not even covered. Should never be an extra

Staff is really cool. Great location with lots of food choices, and the San Fernando coffee company is really close.

When we've sayed there before it was a a comfortable room. This last stay. However, was on the second floor and even with the air conditioner blasting, the room never got below 80 degrees. We also found roach bodies in the corners of the room. Thankfully no live ones.

Room got oddly warm around 3ish in the morning my entire stay. Detachable showerhead and better water pressure would have been nice.

The breakfast offered a variety of delicious options. The room was exceptionally clean. Check-in and check-out were communicated smoothly. The facilities were comfortable and useful, and the space was very spacious.

Something unnecessary is the parking fee. I believe only guests park here, and the money spent on parking is not worth it when compared to the cost of the rooms.
