Iberostar Selection Jardín del Sol Suites - Adults Only

The perfect hotel to relax and unwind. We booked for a week at the end of October and had an amazing time. We booked all inclusive (star prestige) and had access to the star prestige pool and bar area which were lovely. The pool is heated and there were plenty of sunbeds, including balinese sunbeds. The pool bar staff were all superb. There was a good choice of drinks on the AI menu. The food was great! Lots of choice for breakfast, lunch and dinner in the main buffet restaurant. A special shout out to Juani who served us most nights and was so lovely! The restaurant itself is really nice as well; we sat outside most nights looking out onto the bay, which was a lovely view. The room was really nice and spacious. We had a whirlpool bath which was great and we used this several times throughout our stay. We had our mini bar stocked every day and the maids came twice a day with fresh towels. The main bar was really good. There were live singers on every night. The service from the bar staff was excellent. We also used the spa during our stay, which was really nice. The only thing to bear in mind is that if you are all inclusive and arrive early on your first day but have a late departure on your last day, you can only have lunch on one of the days and they ask you to choose which day upon check in. This is something we did not know before arriving. You can get snacks and drinks from the bar areas; they usually had wraps and sandwiches. Overall a really peaceful and relaxing stay, we would definitely recommend staying here.

Les chambres en star prestige et l’emplacement près des restaurants et commerce de Santa calma et Santa ponsa. La qualité du petit déjeuner et le restaurant japonais exceptionnel ! Le service le personnel tout est parfait. Les 3 piscines dont une chauffée dans le star prestige !

Absolument rien , même en fin de saison ce qui est assez exceptionnel

L’hôtel est à 30 minutes de Palma. Pratique pour se détendre et visiter la ville à la fois. La zone dans laquelle il se trouve n’est pas particulièrement charmante mais l’hôtel est très confortable. Le petit déjeuner est top et la demi-pension est abordable et pratique. Le buffet est de très bonne qualité. La chambre est confortable et propre. Et le spa, accessible inclus dans le prix de la chambre, complète très bien l’espace piscine, qui est très bien également. Un très agréable séjour.

Manque de plage, et surtout les boissons du repas non incluses dans la demi-pension. Bizarre.

We made the choice to upgrade to Star Prestige and for us, it was incredibly worth it! The extra places to sit and chill, the heated infinity pool and comfier sun beds all made it a winner for us. On the day of arrival we were greeted with flowers on the bed, a bottle of Prosecco and a cheesecake. Mini bar topped up daily. Now this is a place you will NOT go hungry, I am an extremely fussy eater and I’m now leaving at least a stone heavier😂 I saw a comment on here saying you eat like kings, and that really is the case. I love how eco friendly this hotel is, everything has been thought out; biodegradable straws, no plastic anywhere, water refill stations. Worth downloading the app, makes it a lot easier to know what’s going on, making requests and paying your invoice. My only con, and it’s really a me issue, is the beds (ours at least) was very firm, it had almost no give, I have a bad back so did struggle with this, but that’s not a fault of the hotel! They also have a very soft pillow and a hard pillow, we requested extra soft pillows and they didn’t arrive which was a shame. However, we did only chase it up once more, it’s not like we did keep asking! A spa on the last day did the trick to sort my back out and highly recommend booking one in- if you’re SP you get a discount. A huge thank you to all of the staff, every single member of staff stops and says hello and always looks happy to be there!

Our 2nd stay at this lovely quiet hotel. The checkin was good, we were given a welcome drink and shown to our superior suite with hot tub, the room was huge and our balcony did not disappoint. We loved the hot tub in the evenings, and we had one day of rain. we spent that time in the hot tub because you're wet anyhow 😜. The food in the restaurant was outstanding quality and plenty of choice, the food alone is 5 stars plus. The staff in the restaurant are polite and on the ball they work really hard alongside the people who cook and prepare good food. Breakfast again was 5 star plus with plenty of choice however sadly there was no Hp brown sauce I did ask lol. The pool was very nice and the scenery from our room and pool area is great. Santa ponsa is a huge town, and we did go across the bay to drink and eat out during the day and walk back to our hotel along the sea front. The entertainment does not start till 9.30 pm I feel for people who dine earlier there should be some sort of entertainment on earlier even if it was just some back ground up beat music. The bar staff need to be a bit more active for folk who dine early and go to the bar by 7.30. Unless you go to the bar and order a drink, you sit around for a while waiting to be served being the bar is not full just handful of people. The jacuzzi bath in our room was nice but all the jets were not working The shower in the room was fabulous. We slept well and the hotel is very chilled. I will book again in the future and maybe book the penthouse suites next time. You won't be disappointed if you book this hotel.

Tolles Personal, tolles Essen, tolle Lage

Wir waren im Haus 2 der Prestige suites Die Aufteilung ist eine Katastrophe Mitte im Raum ein Riesen Whirlpool den niemand braucht, dafür ist die Dusche inkl. Toilette 3 qm, das ist 3 Sterne Niveau. Das Schlafzimmer ist fast komplett mit dem Bett ausgefüllt.

The hotel is located in the beautiful place in front of the see with amazing views. Both sunrise and sunset are stunning there. The area is very green and peaceful, great place to relax and disconnect. The rooms are big, balcony with a sea view, comfortable bed (the bed is huge!!) & sofa and a list of pillows to choose from. There are a lot of activities in the hotel held by the staff all day long - sports (yoga, pilates, bodycore etc), cocktail creation session, art activities (art&wine or paint the tote bag), musical evenings - so you will always find something to do. Big shout put to Marc for hosting all these activities and keeping us busy! There are also spa and gym. The restaurant (we had only breakfast) is very spacious, good variety of food (bakery, tortillas, porridges, fruits&vegetables, flakes etc) and great fresh juices!

The hotel is mainly oriented to UK and Germany public (big family vacation), so, although it is a perfect place to disconnect, the staff was not paying so much attention to us (we were 2 friends speaking Spanish): everyone got a welcome drink during the check-in except us :( The bathroom in the rooms may benefit from some refurbishment, but fair to say it is well preserved. The water pressure was a disaster though! Althougth, the breakfast had a lot of options, the vegetarian part is still very sad - no protein at all in case you don't eat meat or fish. Cleaning in the common areas could be better, but the room was perfectly clean. We were celebrating a birthday and, while in other hotels we always receive a complementary bottle of cava, this time this was not a case.
