The front desk associate, I want to say his name is Randy, was wonderful. Nice beds, the shower needs a redesign.

Everything was good; the rooms were clean, and there was no noise at night. It is close to Harrisburg and Hershey, with Gettysburg only being 40 minutes away. I only have one complaint; some may feel this is trivial, but it's not. I’m a Platinum Elite member and have used Marriott Hotels exclusively for 23 years. At this this level I'm entitled to 50% additional points earned, free room upgrade, a welcome gift, if hotel has. Lounge, access to that, or points or a $10 food credit each day, let checkout. I had sent a note to the hotel for an upgraded room. Upon arrival, I asked if they had upgraded the room (they had plenty of open rooms). A late checkout out. I was advised by the person at the counter, do to my stay being four days, I don't qualify for my platinum perks, was denied an upgrade, no credit or dining voucher or late checkout. I did not feel l like debating, and made. Mental note to see if Mrriott has changed their policy when I got home. They have not changed. Left around 10. Management should work with the employees so they understand Mrriotts rewards program nd what the customer is entitled to. Other than that, its nice hotel.

Not worth what I paid

Having to pay was not expected

Room was good. Bed was super comfortable with lots of pillows. Sofa in the room, which is always my gauge of luxury. Beer was a reasonable price in the bar. I would stay here again.

Easy check-in and check-out, comfortable, clean room. Nice bar/bistro on premises.
