Courtyard by Marriott Harrisburg Hershey

Newly remodeled. Very good location for where we were going (Hershey Park Stadium). Staff was very kind.

Room was obviously not cleaned thoroughly. Glasses were dirty (don’t use those anyway but….), THICK layered of dust on all furniture. Vomit in parking lot inches away from someone’s car. I had to tell the staff even tho I’m suit happened thru the night when person retired from concert at Hershey. Staff member who was told to clean it spread it throughout the parking lot with hose. Made it even more gross.

Quick in and out. all food and drinks, including a bottle of water, cost extra. A bottle of water was $5.00.

Mixed review here. We arrived to check in and was told there was no room available, despite having a paid reservation. There was something “wrong with their system”. The only saving grace was the night auditor working that was very nice and went out of her way to call other hotels to get us a room. Courtyard did cover a room at a hotel next door but to be told at 1am after a long day there was no room for our reservation was quite disappointing.

Entire hotel smelled of "old man" including the room and bedding. Not a huge deal but definitely did not make for a completely pleasant stay.

Very clean hotel. The staff is always very pleasant, they accommodate anything you need. It is a very nice stay if you are in the area.

The day we arrived we had no hot water, the next morning we had a letter stating that maintenance will be there to fix it and by the time we checked out there was still no hot water.. we were told we were being reimbursed, a day or so later I had a manager contact me regarding this. It’s been over two weeks and still nothing. I booked through hotels.com so I contacted them and they stated that they never heard anything from Marriott. I don’t typically do this but we found this extremely unacceptable and made for an uncomfortable stay.

Great and very friendly staff . Room old dated , AC makes some noise that woke me up at night couple of times but nothing major. Staff was great !

Our brief stay at the Courtyard Harrisburg Hershey was excellent. The inside of the property feels updated and well kept, with our room being recently renovated and very clean. Andrea, Sonya, and Bryan at the front desk were all so warm and friendly and really made us feel welcome. The hotel is located conveniently right off the freeway making for an easy 15 minute trip to Hersheypark, which was the main reason for our visit. However, once in the hotel/room, we didn’t hear any freeway noise at all. We will definitely stay here again on our next trip to Hershey!
