Casa Blue Star

Location was great with easy access to explore. Large clean rooms which made the stay feel like an apartment. Loved the rooftop terrace and the staff went above and beyond to make us feel comfortable.

Sometimes the showers were hot then cold but overall we found them ok.

The cleanliness, comfortable beds, the location, the decor.

Water never got hot, only lukewarm. Only the living room was truly heated, stingy on fruit and toilet paper. Help with luggage from 3rd floor not available.

Communication was great with the hosts, they responded to our questions, were helpful and tried to make us feel as comfortable as possible. When we could not get hot water in our shower, they let us shower in our room downstairs. If you are staying there, try to request rooms on the ground floor or right above the ground level otherwise, you might not get any hot water.

They need to find a permanent solution for the hot water issue for rooms located at the top. If that room they gave us to shower in was not available on the ground floor, we could not have showered for 2 days. Please find a permanent solution for that. Thanks!

El personal muy atento y pendiente de todo

Host è molto accogliente e disponibile, c'è una terrazza con bellissima vista, e una ottima colazione. Le camere sono ampie e ben arredate.

I bagni sono da rivedere.

L’acqua della doccia era tiepida.

La stanza ampia e accogliente. L'essenziale era presente e complessivamente soddisfacente.

Il manager si è dimostrato svogliato e solo apparentemente gentile. Qualsiasi informazione richiesta è stata fornita con evidente riluttanza o, in alcuni casi, non è stata fornita affatto. A partire da una richiesta inviata tramite Booking per ricevere consigli su dove trascorrere la serata non ha mai ricevuto risposta. Inoltre, dopo un incidente avvenuto sulle scale (numerose e non particolarmente comode per raggiungere la terrazza dove veniva servita la colazione) non mi ha rivolto direttamente nessuna domanda sulle mie condizioni, limitandosi a informarsi solo tramite il mio compagno. Un comportamento che ho trovato molto scortese. Vorrei però sottolineare che questa valutazione non riguarda le altre due persone addette alla colazione e alle pulizie, entrambe molto gentili, disponibili e professionali. Altro fattore che non abbaimo apprezzato riguarda il bagno. La doccia era aperta senza paraschizzi, con la conseguenza che ogni volta che la si utilizzava il bagno si allagava completamente. Da sommare anche il cattivo odore proveniente dal lavandino, l'umidità e l'assenza di appoggi. Il bagno costituisce sicuramente un elemento di scomodità.
