"Pésima atención al huesped"

El desayuno.

Al llegar al hotel nos dijeron que habían tenido un error y que nuestra habitación no estaba disponible. Nos ofrecieron un departamento que quedaba en la otra punta de la ciudad y nisiquiera estaba preparado para recibirnos. No tenía toallas ni sábanas. Al menos nos ofrecieron la cena gratis. Pero la atención no fue buena, somos 3 adultos de los cuales 2 tienen casi 70 años, no podemos cargar las valijas de una punta a la otra. Al menos tendrían que haber ofrecido asistencia al check out ya que tuvimos que ir allí para desayunar y realizarlo. La alternativa era devolvernos el importe pagado!! Que hago con lo que pagué hace 1 mes, un fin de semana que ya todo sale carisimo?

Riad très bien situé dans la médina. Chambres spacieuses. Très belle terrasse intérieure et extérieure où il fait bon flâner.

Le petit-déjeuner est notre plus grande déception : pas de fruits, pas de produit laitier, pas de viennoiseries, pas de miel pour accompagner les msemens et surtout identique chaque matin. Dommage!
