The location os amazing. The private beach, pools are great! The spa is wonderful! Above all SUPER team, great people who cares, smile and gives 200%!

The rooms are incredibly outdated—specifically the "Superior" room, which is a completely misleading name as there is absolutely nothing superior about a room straight out of the 1970s. It was so bad that we felt we had no choice but to upgrade. We moved to a new suite, which was absolutely amazing, but the condition of the initial room left us with a very poor impression. The biggest disappointment, however, was the food. Sadly, the culinary quality throughout the hotel is very low. Our main issue was at the Mokka Bar, where we had a late lunch. The food was so unappetizing that we had to send it back. The staff looked embarrassed and kindly offered to replace it, but because the quality was so poor, I didn't even want to choose anything else. Breakfast was a similar story: low-quality food and sub-par coffee. On the surface, it looks like you have everything, but the actual execution is lacking—bitter eggs, tasteless pastries, and weak coffee. It is such a shame, because this could be an amazing hotel. Your team is wonderful and the location is incredible. I truly hope the Food & Beverage manager takes this feedback to heart and makes some necessary changes, as we would love to return in the future.

Big hotel that felt so small and wonderful staff

Spoons omg was hard to get a spoon at breakfast again not then worst thing but every day became a little annoying

Suit was very spacious and everything was nice and clean.

Wifi was terrible, 3 Mb/s and that is insane slow. Gym was like an afterthought, small, no machines, one of the worst hotel gyms I experienced on my travels. For a 5star hotel of this size I can't imagine why.
