Staff was friendly and attentive

The location is great for Six Flags Great Adventure. We called ahead to extend our stay to two nights, and the staff were very helpful and patient in finding the reservation which turned out to be a bit challenging. Breakfast had nice options.

Breakfast was closed on the dot, including the water and juice machine. Disposable cutlery and plates at breakfast make me sad 😥

The staff was very friendly & made sure we didn’t need anything during our stay & if we did they were quick to give us what we needed.

The elevator was super slow but other than that nothing!

I was genuinely impressed with how clean and well‑kept the entire facility was. Even during breakfast, the attendant kept the dining area fully stocked, spotless, and very organized. Everything about my stay felt peaceful, and every staff member I interacted with was pleasant and welcoming. It made the experience feel effortless in the best way.

I booked two rooms, and the comfort level in the room with the pullout sofa definitely needs attention. The mattress was painfully uncomfortable, you can feel the springs through it which made it difficult to get a good night’s rest. The pillows were also extremely cheap and offered no support. However, on our third night, the hotel staff were very accommodating and moved us to a two‑bed room, which was greatly appreciated. Their willingness to help made a big difference.
