Die Freundlichkeit des Personals. Wir haben die Abende bei Ramsi im Braukeller sehr genossen.

In einem 4 Sterne Haus erwarte ich auf den Tischen richtige Blumen als Deko, wenn mal denn welche hinstellt. Plastikblumen gehen gar nicht.

Alles sehr gut und liebevoll eingerichtet und renoviert, gut durchdacht und dem Haus Altersgerecht gut integrierte Neuerungen. TOskanische Ergänzung an der Mosel im Aussenbereich. Bierkeller könnte noch autentische Neuerungen vertragen. Sehr gute geschmackvolle Kreationen in der Saxler Küche. gekonnte Arbeiten.auch in den Weinergänzungen. Neues Frühstücks Buffets. Sehr schöner Badebereich

Bade Bereich um den Pool herum etwas mehr beachten. Haltegriffe und Geländer für ältere Personen überdenjen. Karibik-Deko, könnte erfrischt werden. In den neuen Duschen in den Zimmern bitte Haltegriffe anbringen für Gäste Sicherheit.
