Holiday Inn Niagara Falls State Park Entry by IHG

Location walking distance to the falls.

Breakfast is not like the ones in other hotels, and not to the expectation at all.

Stayed as part of a tour for one night. Bar closed at 9pm which was disappointing. Beds very comfy. Plenty of sockets in room

The place is just a walking distance to Niagara State Park which is very convenient. The room is clean, specially the bathroom. Since we're staying on the 7th floor, the scenery below is relaxing. The receptionist and the tour guide are knowledgeable and welcoming.

Difficult to connect with the WiFi, a minor issue though since we do have our mobile data available.

My stay was fine until the day I checked out they told me there was a $25 parking fee that was going to be charged on my card and when I refuse to pay because they did not have that on any signage. They told me that I would be put on a list that I couldn't stay there anymore because I refuse to pay for the parking. Needless to say, I will not be staying there again after years of being after years of staying there on several occasions.

The location was perfect, walking distance to the falls and shops.

The pool was ice cold, not feasible for smaller children.

The location is walkable from Falls & nearby lots of restaurants for food options.
