Europa Hotel

The reception staff at the hotel were wonderful, caring, and extremely helpful. They were attentive and responsive to every request. The hotel is located very close to the beach, about 50 meters away, which creates a very pleasant and relaxing atmosphere.

The outstanding staff and the excellent location. Every employee we interacted with was friendly, welcoming, professional and genuinely eager to help. The hotel was exceptionally clean, the rooms were serviced daily, and we greatly appreciated the complimentary early check-in. The location is ideal for exploring Rhodes on foot, with the Medieval City, Mandraki Harbour, Elli Beach, shops, restaurants and many attractions nearby. There is also a bus stop directly across the road, an organised beach within walking distance, and the peaceful Cave of Archangel Michael just a few minutes away. Excellent value for money.

Breakfast starts rather late at 07:30, which can be inconvenient for guests joining early morning excursions that often depart around 08:00 and require arrival 30 minutes beforehand. On some days we had no opportunity to enjoy breakfast at all. The swimming pool appeared clean and well maintained, but there was very limited shade and no umbrellas available during our stay. The area can also be somewhat noisy at night due to nearby bars. While the hotel is comfortable and very well run, the facilities themselves are relatively simple.
