Spiaggia e mare subito di fronte alla piscina dell’hotel.

• Lo staff non parlava italiano, il che ha reso a volte difficile comunicare, soprattutto per chi non conosce bene l’inglese o il tedesco. • La pasta era spesso scotta e poco curata, peccato perché con una cucina così internazionale ci si aspetterebbe maggiore attenzione ai gusti italiani. Sarebbe perfetto con un po’ più di attenzione alla clientela italiana. Altra cosa negativa l’ apertura e la chiusura della palestra a degli orari assurdi, dovrebbe essere sempre aperta.

Eigentlich Alles, bis auf ein Paar Kleinigkeit. Das ganze Personal freundlich, unsere Bedienung im Hauptrestaurant Frau Maria besonders. Die Reinigungsdamen extrem freundlich und fröhlich.

Die Dame (Hauptbedienung) im Restaurant Culinarium. Ich bin schon oft herumgereist , aber so eine unfreundliche Bedienung habe ich noch nie erlebt. Wir beschweren uns sonst nicht, aber als wir darauf den Herrn auf der Rezeption aufmerksam gemacht haben, war es ihm egal. Deshalb nur 8 Punkte, sonst würde ich 10 geben

Posizione, struttura e personale

Il rifacimento del letto approssimativo e la scarsa frequenza del cambio delle lenzuola. I primi 5 gg abbiamo avuto il lenzuolo sotto del letto che non arrivava in fondo, restava a 20 cm dalla sponda. Per un 5 stelle lo trovo assurdo.

ci siamo trovati bene, la stanza era molto spaziosa e comoda, struttura silenziosa. Bella anche la piscina e le altre aree comuni, e anche la cucina ha soddisfatto le aspettative.

Good location and nice and quiet beach in front of- big rooms and big pool - quiet hotel probably adults only - good value for money considering it is in front of a beach!

Rooms a bit outdated but expected for this price, cleaning of the rooms could be better. Food ok especially dinner, bakery items in breakfast (for example croissants) were very hard to eat - not fresh
