Lindos Bay Hotel

The entire hotel is absolutely beautiful. The area itself is stunning – Lindos, just 5 km away by bus, is truly a dream. The beach is crystal clear, and the hotel offers every comfort you could wish for. We stayed in the suite with a private pool – simply amazing! It was one of the most relaxing vacations we’ve ever had. The suite is modern and well-equipped, and the pool was fantastic. I would especially like to highlight the Guest Relations Manager: Mr. Michalis Diakostergakis. He is incredibly friendly, professional, and attentive. No matter what we needed, Michalis was always there to help – thank you again, Michalis! I had my Birthday in that week and the restaurant staff and Michalis surprised me with a Birthday cake and sang for me - very cute and a nice Service for the guests. We particularly enjoyed the all-inclusive service, especially the drinks. The bartenders do an excellent job and are always very friendly. The food left nothing to be desired – there was always plenty of delicious Greek cuisine. On two evenings, you can dine in à la carte restaurants, and both times we had an outstanding meal! The location of the Culinarium restaurant was magical. The hotel’s location is also perfect – you are literally right on the beach, where they even serve fresh watermelon! When you have the suite a golf car picks you up and brings you at hotel. I highly recommend booking the suite with pool and experiencing this wonderful hotel for yourself.

If I could find one thing it would be the bed in the suites: they are two single beds putted together. It would be better to have a french Double bed :) thats the only „negative“ thing.

La struttura dovrebbe essere “rinfrescata”. Tutte le stanza hanno la vasca da bagno, moquette nei corridoi usurata e macchiata, muri e zoccolini segnati e rovinati, danno l’idea di troppo datati. Anche il campo da tennis in cemento è piuttosto impraticabile ( pieno di dossi e buchi). Un cinque stelle un po’ generoso.. meglio 4.5…

Despite some disappointing aspects of my stay, it’s important to highlight what truly makes TUI BLUE Lindos Bay special: its exceptional location. Nestled in a bay with crystal-clear water, the hotel offers a rare kind of peace and quiet that’s perfect for unwinding. It’s just a short drive from picturesque Lindos, one of the most charming villages on Rhodes. This unique balance between tranquility and easy access to cultural sights is a major plus.

I have stayed at several TUI BLUE hotels before and have generally had positive experiences, but unfortunately, TUI BLUE Lindos Bay fell short of expectations in many ways. The hotel itself has great potential thanks to its beautiful location and structure, but sadly, the management and staff seem unable to make the most of it. The food was of noticeably lower quality compared to other TUI BLUE properties – both in terms of variety and taste. Some staff members, especially some waiters, appeared unmotivated and indifferent, which affected the overall guest experience. It’s also unacceptable that during breakfast, there wasn’t even a standard self-service quality coffee machine available for guests. For a hotel in this category, that’s a basic expectation. Another serious issue is the lack of enforcement of the pool sunbed policy. Although signs are posted around the pool, nothing is done to prevent guests from reserving sunbeds early in the morning. By 9 AM, all sunbeds were “taken” yet many weren’t actually used until much later – often after 11 AM. This was frustrating and unfair for those who followed the rules. The rooms are in need of renovation, particularly the bathrooms. Fixtures are outdated, and the overall condition does not reflect a standard. Additionally, the quality of toiletries like shampoo and shower gel was below what I would expect from a TUI BLUE hotel. In summary, this hotel did not live up to the brand’s usual standards. With better management and staff engagement, this hotel could be so much more.

We enjoyed the luxury of an executive suite which meant we had access to our own pool. The buffet selection at breakfast and dinner was good and the food was always hot. The evening entertainment was pleasant. Shuttle to and from our room was great. Staff were friendly and helpful. The al a carte experience was lovely.

There was an additional charge for a cappuccino/caffe latte at breakfast. The coffee included in the half-board offering was black coffee with milk. Although we didn't need to use the main pool, we did notice that all sun loungers were reserved with towels by 9am. The spa facilities were not fully available when we attended - the steam room was not functioning.
