"Outdated facilities, basic breakfast, bad location in the area. Only plus: close to LU main station."

Not much actually

The breakfast buffet is overall very basic. One day, it was completely empty at 7:30 am - after a larger group of guests had breakfast. It took until 8:30am for the staff to re-stock the buffet, so other guest could have breakfast.
