I liked the staff, very helpful!

The dayshift front desk guy, we did not get his name, he was older with long hair, he was able to check us in early & was extremely helpful and very polite.

The pool was very small.

Great front entrance with complementary cookies and coffee. Loved the front desk service and hospitality . The restaurant and bar were very good and that service was top-notch.

The room was 80 degrees when I first got in. It took about an hour to get it cool enough to be a comfortable 73 degrees. The sheets on the bed were very rough and scratch making it kind of hard to get to sleep.

Staff was super friendly and nice, easy access to the lobby store.

Room was really run down..hot tub has chipping paint in multiple areas. Was afraid to even get in it. Main reason I stayed here verses the Crown Plaza where my event was located was to have a hot tub in my room. Many areas in the room have holes or chipping paint from door stops hitting the walls and so forth. My wondow had rips in the screen. Unable to get fresh air as the bugs where coming in. As we come here every year for our event, i am sad to say I would not choose this location for me or any of my brethren.

First off the hotel was way over priced for the condition. The carpet was disgusting,very low water pressure in the shower and the shower was dirty. We always rent a block of rooms every year for the route 66 cruise but we will not be back. Everyone in our group said their rooms was dirty.
