Hilton Garden Inn Ithaca

Great location. Close to many dining options.The staff was pleasant and helpful and the rooms were clean. Parking is a little bit off-site (about a half block), but you can get your ticket validated and there is no cost for parking. Loved the Ithaca/Finger Lakes region.

We were asked whether we’d like daily housekeeping. Yes, we requested it. The room did not get made up, wet towels remained on the floor. It took 3/4 hours to get more towels. First morning, the bedside alarm rang at 5:00 AM. The shower curtain was mildewed and smelled rank. No shower cap. No toiletries except one small bar of soap.

Best location ever for someone coming to Ithaca! From the second we arrived, I knew this was the place to be. The parking lot was supposed to be adjacent to the, however it's across the street, but it was close enough, and free. We were able to check in several hours early and ate lunch in the bar downstairs. The hotel also had a tasting room, an Asian / Sushi restaurant, and a grocery store / deli in the lobby, in addition to the dinning room. The room was immaculate, quiet and the temperature was well controlled. The bed was firm and the room and accommodations both well equipped and tastefully decorated. Close to restaurant row, Cornell, and the Commons, I would definitely stay here again.

The staff was friendly and helpful. The beverages in the lobby for guests was very nice, especially the cold water during the very hot summer days! The free parking was great, but I had to circle the block a few times before I realized that I had to park in the municipal garage. so the explanation for the parking online could be better. The security was good (i.e., no using elevator without a room key and no access to building after hours without a room key), and it was needed because the area had a lot of activity and not all of it made me feel comfortable. My room was spacious and relatively clean, but there were some food particles on the rug and some sticky areas (on floor in the entrance and on one of the bedside tables). The bed was super comfy and the air conditioning worked well. The location is very convenient for doing things in Ithaca. You can walk to many stores and restaurants.

Lovely stay at the Hilton Garden Inn. Rooms were very clean, parking is free in the garage across the street. The staff was very nice!

The experience here was great from start to finish. The parking is very handy and the access to local businesses and nature is as good as it gets! The staff did a great job and the place was clean from top to bottom! The value was great as well. Definitely a place to stay again!
