Breakfast was adjustable. Rooms were not that clean and some of the items were broken, i had to request the staff to change my room immediately. All thanks to the staff named Ashna who helped me a lot during this stay. I am giving a good rating because of the service only.

Awful experience at this hotel with a seemingly all male staff. Interesting that by far the two worst Hilton branded hotels I have experienced had a very heavily male staff membership. Apart from receiving the complimentary cookie on checking in there was nothing else positive about this establishment. After checking into the room, I decided to have a shower where upon starting the shower I then discovered there was no shower gel left in the dispenser. I then attempted to call Reception but found the phone unplugged. After plugging it in I then tried again with a constant engaged signal. The engaged signal then became a ringing tone but after several attempts the call was never answered. The ability to contact the front desk option on the app was very slow and gave me no incentive to try using that. I then ventured to the toilet where I found the floor dirty and the toilet had obviously not been cleaned. With or without the window in the room being opened there was a constant on off noise coming from outside all night making sleep less than easy. Breakfast was nothing spectacular and as soon as 10.00 came, the male staff turned up to feed themselves. The options on offer were very limited at best. After expressing my dis-satisfaction at checkout I was presented with a less than concerned reply from yet another male staff membership who have the likely often repeated reply that the condition of the room will be discussed in their housekeeping meeting. Yeah whatever! Don’t bother with this place. A huge disappointment!!!
