Az étterem személyzete, a rántotta készítő bácsika kedvessége és mosolygóssága.

A recepción lévő személyzet bunkó, és ellenséges volt. Egyáltalán nem voltak segítőkészek semmiben, lekezelő stílusuk volt. Kifejezetten a délután/este szolgálatot teljesítő közép korú hölgyet. A szálloda mellett építkezés zajlik, ami elviselhetetlen zajjal jár reggel 7 óra és este 6 óra között. Pihenni esélytelen ezen időszakban. A reggeli minősége kritikán aluli egy 4 csillagos szállodához képest. A szobában és közösségi terekben kosz volt! Összességében nagy csalódás, inkább egy 2 csillagos szálloda szinte, a recepciós személyzet pedig nem való emberekkel való kommunikációra!
