The breakfast wasnt good at all

This was a quirky hotel, with both advantages and disadvantages. On the positive side, it was super convenient to where we needed to be. Parking was free and convenient, breakfast was modest but complimentary, and the common areas were nicely decorated. We got a huge room (larger than expected), with plenty of space to spread out. On the other hand, the place had a rather odd vibe. We only saw an employee once, and we had to call him from the lobby in order to check in. He was friendly enough, and gave us good recommendations for local things to do, but we never saw him or anyone else again during the rest of our stay. It didn't seem like the desk was staffed except when someone called the posted phone number. Both the bathroom and kitchen area in our room had a steady stream of ants, which was somewhat annoying. Our home gets ants sometimes too, in the summer, so we understand they can be problematic, especially in older buildings. The price of the room seemed a bit high for the accommodations. We might stay here again, but most likely would look for other options.

Room was clean and comfortable. Microwave and refrigerator included. Shower knob was about tricky to get the hot water. Had to move the knob left and right to get the hot water at a nice temperature. The staff is very friendly and helpful! There is also a continental breakfast.

The property was old, but clean. The room had a folding chair, but the bed was very comfortable. Had to get on hands & knees to control AC box in wall (on floor). The continental breakfast was sub-par. The host was very nice and very attentive.

A lovely, cozy town, great for a family weekend. Safe evening walks, priceless for us, losangelinos. The hotel is in the heart of Downtown. Cozy, clean rooms, everything works, impeccably.

I didn't know the hotel had breakfast, but it was offered to us. However, breakfast is too strong a word. Coffee, tea, croissants, apples, bananas, orange juice. No milk, no cereal, no sausages, no cheese. I have no complaints, it was still very nice and very welcome. But I would simply call it "morning coffee". And by the way, it would be cool to have citrus jam or honey, for which the area is famous.

The property is very outdated and needs more modern upgrade. It is clean. But the bedding is really cheap and a spread from 20 years ago. I brought my own bed spread. Otherwise it would be impossible to sleep. This is the quality to motel 8. The continental breakfast needs improvement. It is not even meeting bare minimun standards.

The owner and staff were very helpful and friendly. The Inn was historic and very cute. The bathrooms were updated but the room itself had a historic feel to it. The bed was comfortable. The Inn is close to restaurants.

There is no dresser in the room so your close must stay in your suitcase. I wish that there was plain oatmeal without sugar available for the continental breakfast.
