Lorenzo's apartment is a great apartment. Spacious, well equipped and centrally located. Lorenzo was a great host, both before his arrival and during our stay in the apartment he quickly answered any questions. .

Because of the central location, the flat (which is enormous... has 2 huge bedrooms) is very urban. On the one hand, this is brilliant, but of course, in the heat of Summer, it can be quite stuffy. The windows are to an internal courtyard. There is aircon in the rooms to compensate.

Super central location with a parking spot. A large and interesting space for a family of five. Nice courtyard to gaze into which offers nice natural lighting. All in excellent condition. Recommend without hesitation.

The wifi mostly (99%) didn't work while we were there (two nights), in spite of the host being contactable and also trying to get the issue fixed. It wasn't a problem for us because we could use data from our Swiss phone plans. But if we didn't have that and the wifi was down it would have been pretty inconvenient. Two TVs only have Italian channels and when there is non-Italian content it is dubbed with no Original version available.

"Large apartment in an historic building of the city centre."

City centre location on Via Po, a landmark historic street, 10 minutes from the Royal Palace. It's a lively street with bookstores and restaurants. The apartment is large and sleeps 5 easily; sofa beds provide extra places too. The apartment is on the first floor above an 18th century courtyard. Its interior is well equipped, and has historical touches including a curved brick ceiling in the kitchen/dining room. The owner responded very rapidly to any questions that we had.

The kitchen needs some renewal but is ok.

Lorenzo was a wonderful host, very communicative, ready to answer all our questions at any time. The apartment is huge, comfortable, very well equipped. Located in the city centre, literally 10 minutes from everything. Many restaurants and shops around and a supermarket 5 minutes walk. There is a FREE PARKING at the next door, which is valuable in this area. The apartment is very quiet because located inside the nice patio. We were very satisfied, thank you, Lorenzo.
