Hotel Miramare

The hotel is located near the downtown area of Sorrento. It is exceptionally clean, with rooms that are spotless and well-maintained.

The hotel is situated right next to a very busy road. Please exercise caution while staying here.

Clean hotel with exceptional view .

Very small swimming pool. Extremely dangerous road , and very difficult to cross without a zebra crossing . Miserable unhelpful staff

Very nice hotel. 20 min walk from city center. Excellent staff great rooms. The pool is average at best.

A lovely hotel with stunning views, staff were very warm and helpful. The walk into the main centre is not too far just be careful crossing the road!

The only negative was the restaurant that didn’t serve fresh meals but there were plenty of great restaurants nearby

Une très jolie vue sur la baie de Sorrente. La chambre qui donnait coté piscine était grande avec une terrasse et à l'écart de la route ce qui était très agréable. Etablissement propre.

Le petit déjeuner était très basique, loin des standards attendus pour un établissement 4 étoiles. Il n'y avait ni œufs chauds, ni omelettes, ni œufs brouillés. L’offre manquait de produits locaux ainsi que de jus ou de fruits frais : tout ces jus semblait industriel. Aucun verre en vue, les boissons étaient proposées dans de simples gobelets. L’eau, quant à elle, avait une forte odeur de chlore, que ce soit celle du robinet de la chambre ou de la piscine. Pour les amateurs de thé, cela posait un vrai problème, car le goût était altéré par l'eau trop chlorée. Enfin, il n’y avait aucun parasol sur la terrasse, malgré la présence de transats, ce qui rendait l’espace difficilement utilisable en plein soleil. La piscine est petite proche de la route fortement fréquentée et très peu d'espace pour s'allonger.

The location, it was only a 10/15 minute walk from Sorrento centre, the views are good from the restaurant terrace, the reception stay were nice and the rooms were clean and cleaned every day.

The hotel is situated next to a busy road and our room was basically on the first floor next to the road, we didn’t really sleep at all whilst we were there as the noise from the road was so bad - it sounded like we were sleeping on the street it was so loud! Our room key card didn’t work so we had to use an actual key to lock our room whilst we were there which was fine but the reception staff must’ve not told the cleaners our room required this as when we went back to our room after the cleaners had been our room would be unlocked. The air con worked but it never got cold, it was just mildly cooler than outside, it was ok as when we were there it was towards the end of peak summer so not as hot but don’t think we could’ve stayed with the air con not working properly in the height of summer.
