Excellent room, very comfortable, all the rooms were spacious and clean. The view was amazing. There was ample parking, easy access, and very close to anything you might need. The food in the cafe was really good and the waitress was super friendly. The facility had great access to the beach and the pools were amazing.

The elevator was too slow. I wish the rooms had balconies so you can sit and have coffee looking at the ocean in the morning, but that is not a deal breaker.

Food was great, staff all friendly, and our room was the perfect size. Rooms were spacious and beds comfortable. I would stay here again.

There was construction which limited parking, but I assume this will be a non-issue once renovations are complete. Also, could use more umbrellas for the tables. That pool deck gets hot.

The cafe is a little over priced don’t like that you have to pay to rent beach chairs considering the price of the rooms . And no cooler allowed on pool deck I think it should be no glass bottles etc not coolers in general

This is one of the best time share resorts in Daytona Beach. It has been recently renovated and has all the amenities that you would expect. It has a new pool deck with a zero-entry pool, a second pool that is a little deeper, hot tub, tiki bar, & a lot more. Perfect for a family vacation. Excellent location, directly across from a shopping center that contains a Publix, several types of restaurants, shopping, & even a drug store.

When you wanted to smoke a cigarette you'd go outside but then staff would look at you like you were doing something wrong. There needs to be a smoking section designated for smokers. Because there are a lot of them. There needs to be more towels and washcloths put in the rooms right away. With 3 guests and 5 nights we needed more in there.

Great location just outside of the hustle and bustle, and overlooking the beach. Parking was free and there was plenty of it, and managed to park near my room. Staff were very friendly and helpful, and the pool area has clearly been renovated fairly recently. The room itself was very spacious and more like a large studio apartment, with kitchen, cooking and refrigerator facilities, large bathroom, lounge and semi-separate bedroom. In my case, I had a large window overlooking the pool, beach and sea, too.

Slightly expensive, but I travelled the for the Welcome to Rockville festival, which no doubt pushed prices up somewhat, so in reality, no complaints.

Everyone is always so welcoming. Its great to check in and know your going to have a relaxing stay. The staff does a great job!
