The Royal at Atlantis

We were given an early check in with an amazing upgrade to be close to our travel companions, only downside was lack of consistent hot water

The property is so big you have to do a lot of walking to get around. The food and beverages are very expensive.

Everything was closed, this was not worth the money at all.

I would say the property is nice, the pools and casino are too but the whole experience was not worth the price. The food is too expensive be ready to pay at least $50.00 per plate the problem is the quality is not up to par. The breakfast buffet was not very good we got tired of eating there but had no other option. We were not able to get into the beach because the waves were too strong each day so had to travel elsewhere to get in the beach. There’s another hotel part of the property named the cove with more restaurants and pools but we were not allowed to enter because we stayed at royal tower thus the guest from the cove can go in and out of Atlantis. The rooms were nice and clean but found the building a bit old and outdated, definitely needs some updating. Overall we were disappointed in our first time at the Bahamas, there isn’t much to do in downtown it does not feel safe and there aren’t many actives to do while prices are absurd in comparison to other traveling destinations.

It was great but we felt like the Poseidon’s table restaurant is not worth the money

Atlantis was nothing but amazing!!! From the taxi service we choose to the local Bahamian natives to the staff at the resort. I ran into one person at the casino cashier desk whom was NOT at all pleasant, rude, short just VERY unpleasant, I did not let her ruin my vibe but was uncalled for. Other than that resort was clean, HAPPY, sunny. Will be back soon!
