Marriott's Maui Ocean Club - Lahaina & Napili Towers

I was amazing! Everyone on staff was beyond friendly and helpful.

I didn’t like not having room service. Plus the vacation club sale reps calling us.

We were put in the Lahaina tower which is so old and outdated. The furniture and carpet was very worn. Last time we SRS at the Hyatt and it did not disappoint like this place did. I will stay here again today said ocean view but was a partial ocean view!! Big difference to me. Hotel staff was great!!

Great waterpark for families. Location is good. Very limited food choices unless you cook on the BBQ yourself. Zero food options if you have allergies (gluten, dairy). Parking is a rip off for top dollar room charges and invitations to marriot's sales pitch annoying. Paying extra to change bed sheets may be additional source of income but damaging the brand in my mind.

Check in time is not til 4pm...we got there maybe an hour earlier, cuz most hotels have the rooms ready WAY before check in time, but we had to wait...then were put in a handicap room right across from the elevator, and when we called and asked to switch to a regular quieter room, they spouted all kinds of hotel lingo, and finally told me that they had nothing available our first night, but could move us DOWN and to the opposite side of the building(where we wouldn't have the ocean view that we BARELY had in that room) for the remainder of our stay. We said no thanks...not worth packing and unpacking again to DOWNgrade rooms, and we put up with the dark cave of a room they put us in...figured we weren't going to spend that much time there anyways, as our friends had a GORGEOUS suite on the other side of the resort, and we mostly hung out with them on their beautiful balcony. When we asked if we could check out at 11am instead of 10 am, the girl at the front desk hemmed and hawed about not being a "hotel", but timeshare(as if that makes a difference!), and said "ok, I can let you check out at 10:45". SERIOUSLY????? they're willing to piss people off over a FIFTEEN minute difference? how petty can you be???? The room was clean, but BADLY in need of updating...I've stayed in nicer Motel 6 rooms for less than a THIRD of the price! This place is obviously on a huge power trip, and the quality of the rooms does NOT reflect the price or the hassle you have to put up with.

Parking was terrible. For the price and being on the beach rhought it would feel and be luxurious. But wasnt, food at the restaraunt was not as expected, the breakfast looked and tasted cheap.

Excellent place to visit for adults and children. Has all the amenities ++. They really try to think of everything you might want and don’t nickel and dime you for it. We stayed in the ritz the first we were out there and actually preferred the Marriott, just a better location and more fun

They say they have a kitchen and it is really small. Small studio cost too much.

Nice stay; way too many guests. That's all I have to say; please don't push people in you survey.

Certain aspects of the hotel are dated (e.g. Lobby, halls, shower, etc.) The pull-out couch was stained but the bed in the couch was clean and quite large. Overall, very happy with the hotel and would recommend.
