Nothing unique, I don't know why it Is a VIP hotel. I didn't feel like a VIP member checking in a VIP hotel at all , no room upgrade or breakfast or any benefit of any kind. Also they denied a late check-out . It wasn't plasent stay.

Decent place to stay... great staff and super breakfast... breakfast room overlooking palace wall (very nice). We also enjoyed pub on our arrival... disappointing that it was band’s evening off -would have been super...

"A welcoming hotel."

Felt welcome straight away at check-in. Which was very quick, even though we were early. Nice clean room, with good aircon. The Exchange bar is very spacious, with a good selection of beverages and food. Breakfast buffet has always ben good. Check-out was efficient and quick.
