Had car trouble and couldn't make our Saturday reservation 1/30. Canceled through Booking and also called hotel on the 29th, as per our reservation it was free cancelation until the day before. Today 2/2 it was charged to our card. Neither party will refund our money. SO ... don't go to Baymont as they'll screw you

Customer service and front desk, always said Manager just left, and they couldn't answer our request. Poor service
