"Amazing"

The staff was really great and helpful. The hotel was really nice. The room was absolutely fantastic and everything exceeded our expectations. We were in town for a Poms Competition. Our girls loved the pool area. They don’t have free breakfast, but the restaurant connected was great! Would stay here again!

🎱 Excellent, high quality service. And with an indoor pool and outside and inside jacuzzi. New building with restaurant and separate bar. Staff is outstanding! I want to recognize the dark hair woman working the desk on the Evening of 3 Nov 25 as Award worthy Malcom Baldridge level Customer Service. I believe her name started with a J? But my only mention is all of the staffs name tags are hard to see or read at the five feet distance I cant wait to visit them again soon! Retired happy married man of 51 years Ps I have no explanation for the eight ball icon.

"Great place to sleep"

The staff was nice, the place was clean, there were full pumps of soap in the bathroom for the shower as well. The bed, bedding, & pillows were quite soft.

They give me wrist bands for the pool & did't allow me to buy extra ones for the friends we came to visit in Neenah. I understand just sucks & we ended up having to find something else to do together.

"Mostly good."

The staff was really great and helpful. The hotel was really nice. My only issue was how rock hard the furniture was in the sitting area, it was actually painful to sit on. And, they don’t have free breakfast which was a bummer. We had dinner at the restaurant on site and were really disappointed. The server was great, but the food was awful.

The jacuzzi in the room was nice but the shower had 0 pressure. The tv was outdated as well. If you are hoping to just stay in the room in the jacuzzi and watch tv to relax this is not the room for you. I paid extra for this room for my honeymoon and am honestly disappointed.
