le beau temps.

je n'ai pas eu la chambre que j'avais réservé avec un lit queen size car je suis très grand. j'ai eu à la place un lit d'une taille standard si bien que mes pieds dépassent du lit... pas très confortable. lorsque j'ai demandé pourquoi je ne bénéficiais pas de la chambre demandée, aucune réponse m' a été apportée. de plus les tickets des transports en commun de la ville de Genève ne sont pas remis systématiquement au client.

The room is nice with full amenities. Location is convenient. The receptionist provided us with EU socket transformer.

The ventilation was not working even as a fan as it doesn't work except in summer. So you need to open the windows or else the room would be too hot.
