La zone spa et piscine L’établissement est beau et propre

chambres petites exigues. Les pommeaux de douches ne tiennent pas et les bains sont hauts et dangereux de glisser/tomber Nos chambres: une à plafond irréguliers et l’autre mon fils de 6 pieds ne pouvait se doucher debout

L'emplacement est top. Le personnel est très gentil.petit déjeuné très bien. Il y en a pour tous les goûts.

L'insonorisation est à désirer pour notre chambre. Nous entendions les gens de la chambre au dessus par les grilles de ventilation. La porte ne fermait pas bien. Le prix est un peu cher pour le confort.

"Séjour agréable au cœur de la vallée"

- Un grand lit spacieux et comfortable - lobby et restaurant très agréables - Personnel très accueillant, très professionnel et réactif - Propreté des lieux - Petit déjeuner copieux avec un large choix et adapté à un régime sans gluten et sans lactose. - Emplacement pratique proche du téléphérique de l’Aiguille du Midi.

Le Spa est en extérieur ce qui est convenable et même agréable lorsque la température des bains est assez élevée, cependant la piscine / jacuzzi n’étaient chauffés qu’à 27/28 degrés, ce qui est relativement froid quand la température extérieure avoisine les 0 degrés. Impossible donc de rester plus de 5 min dans la piscine sans avoir froid. Idem pour accéder au Sauna et Hammam. Il n’y a qu’un seul jacuzzi relativement petit avec une capacité maximum de cinq personnes, il vous sera donc très probablement nécessaire de faire la queue pendant 30 min pour y accéder, sachant que les bulles ne fonctionnent que 15 minutes par demi-heure (de manière automatique) pour des raisons de traitement de l’eau. Petit bémol également pour la première chambre dans laquelle nous étions qui avait un souci de rideau, pas assez long, laissant la lumière passer et nous réveiller à 5h30 du matin. Cependant, le personnel a été très réactif pour nous changer de chambre et cela a été très appréciable, un grand merci à eux !
