La ubicación

Nuestra experiencia en este hotel fue muy decepcionante. Para tratarse de un hotel de 5 estrellas, el nivel de servicio, limpieza y mantenimiento dejó mucho que desear. En la suite, la bañera estaba atascada y el secador no funcionaba, algo difícil de justificar en un hotel de esta categoría. Además, aunque la reserva era para tres personas, nos asignaron una habitación preparada únicamente para dos. Tuvimos que bajar varias veces a recepción para que añadieran una cama y nos proporcionaran las toallas correspondientes. La limpieza también era bastante regulera; incluso las sábanas tenían manchas. Por otro lado, en varias ocasiones tuve la sensación de que el personal no entendía bien lo que estábamos solicitando, lo que hizo todo más frustrante. Luego el desayuno lo abren a las 7 pero hasta las 7:15 - 7:20 no terminaron de colocar todas las cosas , nosotras teníamos que irnos del hotel a las 7:30 por una excursión por lo que nos perjudicó . En general, la atención y la organización no estuvieron a la altura de lo esperado para un hotel de 5 estrellas. Una experiencia bastante mala que no repetiríamos.

çift kişilik yatak seçtim ama bize ikiz yatak verdiler. Terlik yoktu sonradan geldi, Küvet gideri kapalıydı çalışmıyordu sonra teknik servis geldi sorunu çözdü. Ketil ve çay v.s yoktu. talep ettikten sonra geldi. Rerstoranda masa örtüleri çok pisti

La gentillesse des personnels surtout a la réception et la sécurité

La chambre sombre manque de lumière. Pas de bouteille d'eau pour un hotel de 5 étoile on a demandé une fois au personnel de ménage ́petit déjeuner médiocre pour la chaîne ramada les produits laitiers sur un buffet pas froid avec la chaleur qu'on avait ces jours la a fes 38 degrés séche cheveux qui marche pas

Le petit déjeuner était parfait et le personnel sympathique

Le service du souper était extrêmement long. Il nous a fallu environ deux heures pour obtenir 2cocktails, un tacos qui est arrivé froid et un plat de spaghettis tièdes. Nous avons tout de même voulu prendre un dessert mais lorsque nous avons demandé la carte on nous a apporté l'addition!!!!! Il y avait très peu de choix proposé à la carte. Concernant la chambre, il serait bon de refaire les joints de la baignoire qui sont noirs de moisissures. Revoir également la chasse d'eau.
