Et sa collègue à mis 5mn avant d intervenir La façon de me demander de régler de suite la 3ème nuit, sans explication, alors que les nuits précédentes je les reglais le matin suivant La manière dont cela a été demandé "c'est préférable " vous faire sentir mal à l aise. Cela manque de tact, de diplomatie

The description of the room included coffee machine. A Chinese man on the reception desk said that he will speak with the manager about that, but this obviously doesn’t happen
