Urine in the toilets at check in. Burn holes in the sheets. The door locks did not work. Crackheads in the parking lot and people Using drugs on the balcony. We did not stay the first night. We checked out the early next morning. The worst hotel I have ever been to

Handle on door to room stuck every time we used card to try to get in and had to try several times to open it. Outlets next to beds too loose to hold charging box for phones. Small beds. Mattresses moved off frame while sleeping. Close captioning on tv did not work. Had to hold toilet handle down to flush completely. Overall, cheap experience. Won’t use again.

The gentleman at the front desk was super nice and friendly but pretty much all else was quite disappointing. The card lock had to be done VERY carefully MANY times to open door. None of the ice makers worked nor did ANY of the elevators. And the hallways had a funky smell. The shower would have been amazing if not for the fact the water wouldn't drain. One of the lights didn't work nor did two of the electrical outlets. No alarm clock in the room. And breakfast was waffles, cereal and prepackaged bagels. Coffee was in a small coffee pot and had to ask multiple times for them to make more coffee. The pictures are VERY deceiving! If the rest of the hotel looked as nice and well kept as the online pictures showed, would have made it well worth the money.

Filthy. This place is a dump. Arrived to find dried mud from boots all over the floor. Not one single towel in the room. The refrigerator hasn’t been cleaned in who knows how long. There was dirt marks all over the walls, the bedside table drawer was filed with ashes and burn marks. Bedding was torn, stained and had burn marks. Front door was broken had been pried open in the past. Sink dirty. Tub dirty. Dried shaving cream on the wall by the sink. Just filthy.

Staff was amazing

The stay was great ! If only the properties around y’all would clean up their properties it would probably bring a better feel to that area of properties. I know you guys can’t fix that.

I hope this email finds you well. I am writing to express my disappointment regarding my recent hotel stay at your property. After reviewing my experience, I must say that it was completely unacceptable. Firstly, upon arrival, I found the cleanliness of the room to be subpar. There were visible stains on the carpet and the bathroom had not been adequately cleaned. This lack of attention to detail was not what I expected from a reputable establishment like yours. Furthermore, the level of customer service was far from satisfactory. The staff appeared indifferent and unresponsive to my concerns. Despite approaching them with my issues, there was no effort made to rectify the situation or offer any form of compensation for the inconvenience caused. Additionally, the amenities promised on your website were not fully available during my stay. The fitness center, which was one of the main reasons for choosing your hotel, was under maintenance, and no alternative arrangements were made. This lack of transparency and failure to deliver on advertised services is truly disheartening. As a frequent traveler, I have stayed at numerous hotels around the world and have come to expect a certain level of quality and service. Unfortunately, my experience at your property fell far short of these expectations. I kindly request that you address these issues promptly and take the necessary steps to ensure that such incidents do not occur in the future.

Staff was great. Unfortunately the property wasn't.

"Let's put some lipstick on this pig and see if it dances." Yeah, stay away from this place. While the lobby has been updated and looks fairly modern, our room was a different story. We quickly checked in and headed right out to a concert. We arrived back at our room late and discovered there was no hot water. The furniture in the room was pretty beat up and the bathroom was gross. There was tape covering outlets and switches. In the morning, we could see daylight around the door and realized the deadlock didn't work properly. We still didn't have hot water. Couldn't get out there soon enough.

Elevator did not work. Bugs in room. It smelled of cigarettes and old, musty and dirty carpet.
