El personal muy desatento, grosero, nos maltrato, el.area de la piscina cerrada sucia, toda mojada, mi madre casi se cae, el desayuno lo peor de todo, viejo, el fiambre mala presencia, mal olor y mal gusto

The location is beautiful, with great views and easy access to Colonia’s historic center. We also appreciated the warm indoor pool, which was especially enjoyable during winter and a nice feature for families. Nice restaurant staff.

The facilities felt outdated and not very well maintained, especially the bathroom. I was actually looking forward to relaxing with a nice bath, but the condition of the bathtub was so poor that I barely wanted to touch it. Cleanliness and maintenance were below expectations overall. For a Radisson hotel, I expected a much higher standard.
