Apartamentos Medano - Oeste

We stayed in the apartment for 1 month. Carlos was a great host. The view from the top balcony was amazing. Spacious and clean. The location was great: a 2 min walk to the beach and city center, and a 5 min walk to kite beach. The Internet was really fast. The cleaning staff was changing 2 sets of towels and bed linen every week.

There is no dishwasher. The cookware could be renewed, as there is rust on some of them, and some pans are totally damaged. Windows can't close and lock so whistling noise can be tough to sleep next to when the wind opens them. The door of the room with two single beds cant close.

Excellent location - 4 minutes to the beach and central part of the town. Clean apartment, elevator, convenient facilities in the kitchen - coffee machine:), great to have a balcony and solarium is a great bonus:)

Small minus - in the bathroom there was only one toilet roll for 3 persons for a week and 2 plastic bags for the bins (we did not bother to ask and bought them, no problem, but it would be nice to have them supplied:)

Good west facing accommodation, spacious and reasonably well equipped for 2 people but very limited for 4. Very responsive agent who quickly resolved initial issues. Relatively quiet location on the western edge of town.

Not completely furnished - only one 2 person sofa and no further comfy seating for the 4 person property. More cushions and side tables/shelves as mentioned to the agent would improve the apartment - the limited crockery, cooking utensils and cutlery plus tattered lounger cushions on arrival were speedily rectified by the agent as were the several missing light bulbs/lamp. Beds very low and second bedroom door could not close as the position of one of the twin beds prevented this. Apartment dusty in places. Thin walls so neighbour noise at times.
