We went for location and price. Not in the nicest area but close to downtown and Red Hat Theater. Can't beat the price. Room was clean, bed was comfortable and staff was nice. We slept in the room from 1:00AM to 9:00PM so it was just a place to lay our drunken heads after a concert. It did the trick. Staff was nice, check in was easy.

The area is a little sketchy but it wasn't the fault of the hotel. I did see police drive through a couple of times. Homeless in the area but never bother us. Just be alert and pack heat and you'll be fine.

There were roaches in the room. The beds were awful. Couldn't get a good night sleep. The door barely closed all the way. We left a day early because the room was that bad.
