"WORST PLACE EVER"

DO NOT STAY HERE ! PLACE IS REVOLTING AND DIRTY

This place is disgusting. Blood and feaces on bed , bedding and curtains, vomit all over bathroom and toilet. They don't clean this rooms. We couldn't stay at those conditions and had to leave at 10.30pm with a small child. We have tried to contact the manager numerous times but he refused to communicate , find alternative or process any refund. Please do not stay here !!

The place was clean, entry was easy and parking was sufficient.

There was no bedside table. No cold water from the tap. Very loud extractor fan that remained on for the entire stay and couldn't be turned off. No natural light. The plug to the iron was falling apart and is a hazard. A very uncomfortable mattress that felt like a futon. No springs and extremely poor quality. It was so short my legs were poking off at the end and I'm only 5'10. The coffee was terrible and there was only one sachet. In general it all felt extremely stingy on the small things.

Very convenient for the course venue. Appreciate the TV and kettle. Appreciated being on the ground floor due to personal mobility issues.

Whilst there wasn't space for a bedside table, a quadrant shelf under the sidelight would be really useful. There was only 1 teabag for a 2 night stay. The supplied toiletries consisted of hand soap and shower gel but no shampoo. The pillows were really uncomfortable. It would have been useful to have some guidance on the location of the kitchen. Whilst a movement sensor light in the ensuite was convenient, it was really startling when getting up in the middle of the night with such a bright light (which is needed for makeup and shaving but not so much in the middle of the night)
