"The front desk employee needs a new position - she’s incapable of working with people."

Having an available room at the last minute.

The woman at the front desk was extremely rude and disrespectful! I booked through booking. Gave her the confirmation number, and she claimed to have not seen it. A maintenance man came to the front and she completely ignored me to have a conversation with the maintenance man about her weekend plans. The maintenance man felt uncomfortable with her having a full-on conversation with her while I’m standing at the front counter to check in. He stopped his conversation with her to apologize to me. The front desk worker, even after the apology, continued on with her conversation with the other employee! Rude, dismissive, unprofessional, passive aggressive and completely disregarded me.
