It was accessible and close to everything we needed, and that was the reason we picked the location. It was clean and tidy, unfortunately it was noisy, the TV didn't work and the pool wasn't accessible.

The rooms were clean and everything worked. It's an older motel which is showing signs of wear but not to the point if being run down. It is at the junction if two major roads so you will get traffic noise. There is also a shopping centre cap park next door that the local hoons use for fun on Saturday night which has the potential to further disrupt your stay. Being a budget motel you might find yourself with some colourful neighbours. If you are looking for a quiet, restful motel this isn't for you. If you are looking for a clean, comfortable place to lay your head at a teasonable price on a quick trip to Adelaide, consider it.

Terrible customer service. Hotel manager was rude and straight away denied receiving any communication from lastminute.com. We had booked 2 nights stay separately at different rates. We stayed for 1 night and had to cancel the second. First they refused to agree that i was charged for both nights and then i was charged extra amount because they refused to accept the rates on lastminute.com.
